1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the ek7 platform or using any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• Ek7 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• Ek7 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and for any reason.

2 Registration & Account Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register on ek7. Accounts created with false information will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Each person is allowed to open one account only.
• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• Account information must not be shared with any third party.

3 Deposit & Payment Terms

Deposits on ek7 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Ek7 will not be held responsible for transfers made to an incorrect number.

4 Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before winnings can be withdrawn. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 72 hours.
• Withdrawals are only available to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering is completed.
• Ek7 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ek7 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which should be read before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

6 Gaming Rules

• If the connection drops during a game, the system automatically saves the last state.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, ek7 reserves the right to correct it.

• Any form of fraud, once detected, will result in immediate account closure.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• Money laundering or suspicious transactions.

If your account has been closed and you wish to dispute the decision, please contact customer support. Valid requests will be reviewed.
